I developed a strong interest in the world of nutrition and dietetics competing as a Division I tennis player at the University of Connecticut. I found the relationship between food and performance intriguing, and decided right there that I wanted to make a career out of it. I do not believe in diets and restrictions. I believe that all foods we love can be enjoyed with the proper balance. My goal as a Registered Dietitian is to help others find a healthy relationship with food, and develop a lifestyle that works for each person individually.
I completed my bachelor's degree at the University of Connecticut in the Didactic Program for Dietetics. I then had the opportunity to complete a Master's degree and a dietetic internship at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. I am currently based in Boston, MA.
I am currently working as a Clinical Dietitian at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton, MA where I focus in on critical care, cardiac health, and diabetic management. I also work full-time at the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center working with a wide variety of patients suffering from Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and many more.
I truly believe that finding a personalized balanced lifestyle is the key to health and longevity. I am someone that promotes and educates, on both nutrition and physical activity. I love to help and share my knowledge with anyone that wants to make a change in their lifestyle.
In my spare time I love traveling and exploring new places. Trying a new exercise class or picking a hike to tackle for the weekend. You will frequently find me in the kitchen testing out new recipes or baking the latest nutrition trend!
Let me help find the perfect balance for you!
