
Pumpkin Squares
1 cup of Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp of Salt
2/3 cup of Water
3 cups of Flour
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
2 tsp of Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cloves
2 cups of Canned Pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix everything together in one mixing bowl. You can use a loaf pan or a rectangular pan if you want to make squares. Bake for 50-60 minutes
until it is cooked all the way through!
Optional: 15 minutes into the baking process - take roasted pumpkin seeds and press them into the batter!
